Full-Stack Developer (AI-Focused)

We are a U.S.-based real estate fintech company focused on private lending and fractional investing. We’re building modern tools for investors and borrowers and integrating AI technology to improve decision-making, automate workflows, and enhance the user experience.

Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with experience in AI tools and API integrations. You will work directly with our product team to build and improve internal and client-facing applications.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack web applications

Integrate AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI) into key workflows

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Participate in design and code reviews

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Requirements
3+ years of full-stack development experience

Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

Experience working with AI tools/APIs like OpenAI or LangChain

Familiar with responsive design (Tailwind CSS a plus)

Experience with version control (Git)

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Comfortable working in a remote setup with U.S.-based team

Preferred but Not Required
Experience in fintech, lending, or real estate tech

Familiarity with AWS or serverless architecture

Background working in startups or fast-paced environments
