Full-Stack Developer

We’re looking for a dedicated, honest, and organized Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our small team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our web applications.

You will work closely with our founder to enhance and develop tools and third-party integrations designed to help organizations engage their busy audiences more effectively. Your input will be invaluable, as we are a small, agile team that values every contribution.

Responsibilities:

- Frontend Development:
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using Angular, Bootstrap, NestJS, and similar frameworks.
- Integrate with HTML5 video players and other multimedia components.
- Build and maintain responsive and user-friendly dashboards.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.
- Update security options.

Backend Development:

- Develop and maintain robust JSON-RPC and REST APIs protocols.
- Design and implement database schemas using MongoDB.
- Integrate with third-party APIs and services.
- Develop and maintain backend infrastructure and services (Linux, etc.).
- Update security options.

Project Management & Collaboration:

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Update, organize, and document repositories and technical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other developers.
- Communicate creative and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Continuous Learning:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to our development processes.

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including NodeJS, ES6+ syntax, and more.
- Experience with Angular, Bootstrap, NestJS, or similar ones.
- Experience with MongoDB.
- Experience with Linux server management.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and API integration.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong1 communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for learning and a desire to grow within a dynamic environment.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with video streaming technologies and protocols.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., unit tests, integration tests).
