Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, improve performance, and implement enhancements. You will also communicate with customers and other developers to understand their needs, provide feedback, and document solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Fix bugs and improve system performance.
- Implement new features and enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with customers and developers to understand needs and provide feedback.
- Document solutions and maintain clear communication with the support reps.
- Manage a team of support reps. Make sure they respond in a timely manner and are following correct company communication procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer communication skills.
- Expert English writer and speaker.
- Ability to work long hours and manage time-sensitive support queues.
- High level of focus and dedication to the role.
