Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Store Manager to oversee and optimize our Amazon store, BusyBaby. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Amazon storefronts, with expertise in ad buying and management, catalog management, troubleshooting, and content optimization. This role is crucial for maximizing our store’s performance and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ad Buying and Management, Specifically, tell me about past ROAS and ACOS success you've driven.
Develop, execute, and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies to optimize ROI, and manage budgets effectively.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
2. Catalog Management
Oversee the creation and management of product listings, including product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images.
Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s guidelines and best practices.
Conduct regular audits of the catalog to maintain accuracy and optimize listings for improved visibility and sales.
3. Troubleshooting and Managing Help Tickets
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to the Amazon store, including listing errors, account suspensions, and customer complaints.
Manage and resolve help tickets promptly, working closely with Amazon support to address and rectify any store-related issues.
4. Optimizing Copy and A+ Content
Review and enhance product copy to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
Develop and optimize A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) to enhance the shopping experience and effectively communicate the value of our products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align copy and content with broader brand strategies.

5. Performance Reporting and Analysis
Generate regular reports on sales performance, ad campaigns, and other key metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, make data-driven recommendations, and drive continuous improvement.
6. Strategic Planning and Collaboration
Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align store activities with overall business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing Amazon stores or similar e-commerce platforms.
Proven experience with Amazon Advertising, including PPC campaigns and performance analysis.
Strong knowledge of Amazon’s platform, tools, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve issues independently.
Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
Graphic design skills or experience with content creation.
