This is a long-term opportunity to process Conventional, FHA, and VA loans from approval to clear-to-close, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities
- Credit Analysis: Evaluate credit reports, financial documents, and borrower details to determine creditworthiness.
- Compliance: Ensure all processes meet regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
- File Management: Handle loan files efficiently from submission to clear-to-close.

What You Need to Succeed
- Flawless English: Exceptional written and spoken communication (no accent).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in mortgage loan processing, focusing on Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
- Tech Expertise: Proficient in United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Latin Honors preferred).
- Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and great with interpersonal communication.

Preferred Experience
- Non-QM Loans: Bonus points if you have experience with Non-QM loans!
