Role Description

We are a growing company seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is integral to our operations, providing essential support to our accounting functions while maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude. If you excel in managing the full accounting cycle, handling accounts receivable, and delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and reconciliations.

Process books with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy in all financial records.

Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation.

Handle invoicing and collections while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.

Communicate directly with clients of our partner business via email and phone to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide outstanding service.

Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes and maintain compliance with financial regulations.

Assist in month-end and year-end closings.



Qualifications:

4+ years of bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable/receivable

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, the full accounting cycle, and US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role

Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional customer service etiquette

High level of integrity, ethical behavior, and discretion in handling confidential information

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management

Ability to work independently, remotely, and meet deadlines

Highly organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills



Work Setup and Location:

Company Location: Ohio, USA

Work Setup: Fully remote, direct-hire, full-time position

Candidate Location: Central Luzon or NCR are highly preferred

Work Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday
