Full Charge Bookkeeper

Den Defenders has been in business for 20 years, and we provide homeowners with services and products to make their homes safer and more comfortable! Specifically, we specialize in security screen doors, fireplace services, & window screen repairs.

As we continue to grow and expand into new markets, we're looking to expand our team with a career-minded Full Charge Bookkeeper!

We will provide the right candidate with the tools for success, so we are offering:

-A salary of $1700 / month with the opportunity for a raise after 6 months
-A 13th month bonus in December
-Fully paid training

In this role, your responsibilities will include...

-Accounts payable & receivable
-Account reconciliation
-Preparing & processing payroll
-Budget / Forecast preparation
-Worker's comp compliance
-State level compliance (Sales tax, Business License)
-Other duties as assigned

Be aware that, to be considered for this position, you must be able to work during the hours of 8am to 4pm PST, as your role will rely largely on Communication & collaboration with other team members.

Required Experience and Skills:

-Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent experience
-Strong Experience with QuickBooks
-Proficient with Google Suite
-Proficient with Microsoft Suite

Experience in any of these areas is a plus!
-Service Titan or other CRM
-Job Costing
-Data Analysis and Graphing
-Insurance Purchasing
