Frontend & Backend Developers – Logistics SaaS Startup

Job Overview:

We are hiring Frontend and Backend Developers who will be foundational teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in building our Logistics SaaS platform. You will report to the Project Manager with a strict timeline focus and be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining core platform functionalities. This is a long-term opportunity to be part of a high-growth company and play a pivotal role in shaping the platform’s architecture and user experience.

Responsibilities:

Frontend Developer Responsibilities:

Develop scalable, high-performance, and responsive UI using React, Vue.js, or Angular.

Implement pixel-perfect designs based on UI/UX team wireframes.

Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Work closely with Backend Developers to integrate APIs seamlessly.

Ensure best practices in accessibility, security, and performance optimization.

Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning.

Backend Developer Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs.

Implement microservices architecture using Node.js, Python, or Go.

Optimize database queries and manage cloud-based storage solutions (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).

Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, authentication providers, and logistics APIs.

Implement best practices for security, data protection, and compliance.

Maintain CI/CD pipelines and work closely with DevOps engineers for smooth deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

For Frontend Developers:
3+ years of experience in frontend development with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and WebSockets.

Knowledge of state management tools (Redux, Vuex, MobX).

Experience in testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

For Backend Developers:

3+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, or Go.

Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase).

Experience in microservices architecture and API development.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Supply Chain SaaS.

Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures.

Exposure to AI/ML integrations for logistics optimization.
