RESPONSIBILITIES:
Website Development & Customization
* Develop, customize, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites using HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Webflow.
* Build and refine custom WordPress themes and templates, ensuring seamless functionality and design consistency.
* Implement Webflow animations, interactions, and advanced styling to create engaging user experiences.
* Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs into websites for enhanced functionality.
* Ensure websites adhere to standards and modern design principles.

Collaboration & Project Execution
* Work closely with designers, marketers, and developers to translate wireframes and design mockups into functional, pixel-perfect web pages.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize landing pages for conversions, user engagement, and SEO.
* Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve website functionality and user experience.

Performance Optimization & Maintenance
* Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for mobile and desktop performance.
* Optimize images, scripts, and code for faster loading speeds and better search engine rankings.
* Regularly update and maintain websites to prevent security vulnerabilities and ensure functionality.
* Conduct website testing and debugging to resolve front-end issues during development and post-launch.

SEO & Digital Best Practices
* Implement SEO best practices, including structured data, meta tags, and schema markup.
* Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals to improve user experience and search rankings.
* Ensure websites follow mobile-first design principles for seamless accessibility on all devices.

Continuous Learning & Innovation
* Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, UX/UI best practices, and SEO strategies.
* Experiment with new web technologies, animations, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
* Provide insights on industry advancements and best practices to improve the company’s web development processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
* Proven experience as a Front-End Developer within a design or marketing agency.
* High proficiency in HTML, CSS, Custom WordPress, and Webflow.
* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working closely with design teams.
* Experience in website optimization for performance, scalability, and SEO.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and content management systems.
* Portfolio showcasing 8-10 live website links personally developed, demonstrating expertise in HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Webflow.

Education
* A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
* Certifications in front-end development, WordPress, or Webflow are a plus.

Technical Skills
* Expertise in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
* Experience working with WordPress themes, custom coding, and Webflow implementations.
* Strong proficiency in cross-browser compatibility, mobile-first design, and website performance optimization.
* Familiarity with JavaScript (preferred but not required).

Soft Skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
* Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in remote or distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in animation, interactive elements, or custom coding for enhanced web experiences.
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
* Knowledge of back-end development or full-stack experience (preferred but not required).
