We’re looking for a proactive and highly communicative Front-End Tech Support Specialist to support our sales team and clients with CRM tools, automation workflows, and troubleshooting technical issues. This role is not just about fixing problems, it’s about ensuring a seamless tech experience for non-technical users.
You’ll be the go-to person for resolving CRM-related issues, optimizing workflows, and ensuring all stakeholders stay informed about tech solutions. If you love problem-solving, enjoy working with sales teams, and can explain technical solutions in a clear and simple way, this role is for you!
*This is a full-time position and requires working 8am - 4pm Pacific Time Zone with solid wi-fi, power and backup.

Detailed Job Description breakdown:
Tech Support & Troubleshooting:
- You’re the first point of contact for the sales team and clients when tech issues arise.
- Troubleshoot and quickly resolve common CRM and automation issues from workflows not firing to data not syncing.
- Jump on Zoom calls with users who need a little extra help and make tech seem effortless for them.
- Escalate bigger technical challenges to the Back-End Tech Automation Specialist, but only after you’ve given it your best shot!
Proactive Communication & Stakeholder Updates:
- You don’t just fix issues, you make sure everyone knows what’s happening.
- Keep the sales team updated on tech solutions, system changes, and best practices.
- Educate users on how to prevent tech headaches and maximize CRM usage to close more deals.
Train & Empower Users with Tech Confidence
- Run engaging training sessions and create bite-sized guides, FAQs, and how-to videos to help sales teams get the most out of their tech.
- Break down complex tech into simple, actionable steps that anyone can follow.
- If someone struggles with tech, you’re the patient, friendly expert that makes them feel supported.
Set Up New Sales Tea
- Walk new Closers and Setters through all tech tools, CRM systems, and automations they need to succeed.
- Ensure new hires are properly onboarded with the right tech access and SOPs so they can start selling smoothly.
- Provide a clear, easy-to-follow tech onboarding process that minimizes confusion and maximizes efficiency.
CRM & Workflow Management:
- Make sure automation workflows are working as intended and data is structured correctly for efficiency.
- Stay ahead of potential issues if something could go wrong, you spot it before it happens.

- 2+ years of experience in a technical support, CRM administration, or sales tech support role.
- You’re an excellent communicator—you can explain tech to non-tech users in a way that makes sense.
- You thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments—you enjoy interacting with different teams and keeping things running smoothly.
- You’re proactive and solutions-driven. You don’t wait for problems to escalate; you solve them before they become issues.
- You’re tech-savvy and great at troubleshooting. You can quickly diagnose and fix CRM and automation problems.
- You’re organized and detail-oriented. You keep track of multiple tech requests without letting things slip through the cracks.
