Freelance Video Creator

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented video editor to join our team on a freelance basis. Your role will involve editing high-quality property videos and creating short-form content for social media. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the best-known estate agents in the UK, with potential for further work and introductions to other leading agents.

Please note: You will need to speak and understand English to a very high standard.

What We’re Looking For:

- Be Consistent – Deliver high-quality work, pay attention to detail, and follow our established video style.
- Be Proactive – Think ahead, suggest improvements, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Be an Expert – Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar),capcut, fast editing, and a creative eye for engaging video content.
- Find Solutions – Work independently, correct auto-generated captions accurately, and provide easy ways to share videos.

The Role:

* Editing long-form property videos – Assembling high-quality, engaging property content.
* Correcting subtitles – Ensuring captions match spoken content perfectly.
* Adding music, effects, and creative elements to enhance videos.
* Creating short-form videos – 1-2 reels per property video for social media.
* Uploading to YouTube and designing eye-catching thumbnails.
* Working during UK hours (9 AM – 2 PM) and communicating efficiently via email.

Payment & Work Structure:

* $35 per 3–4 minute property video
* $15 for short-form video via facebook (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
* Invoicing & Payment – You will be expected to invoice us monthly for completed work. However, to establish trust, we will pay for the first 5-10 videos after each one is approved.

Further Opportunities:

If you consistently deliver high-quality work, there will be ongoing projects.
