Freelance Image Creator (GIFs and JPEGs for Advertising Campaigns)

We are seeking a skilled image creator to design 20 high-quality GIFs or JPEGs weekly according to specific guidelines for advertising purposes. You will work closely with our team, focusing on one campaign at a time. The ideal candidate can work independently while meeting weekly deadlines.

This is a flat-rate role, with an initial compensation of $125 for the first 80 GIFs/JPEGs. Upon successful completion and mutual agreement, we will continue with recurring monthly compensation of $125.

Responsibilities
- Image Creation: Design engaging and high-quality GIFs or JPEGs adhering to specified dimensions and guidelines.
- Campaign Focus: Work on one campaign at a time, incorporating the provided brief.
- Content Alignment: Ensure the created assets align with:
-- The product/service sales page
-- The advertorial page
-- The specific ad angle provided
-- Guidelines Compliance: Follow detailed instructions on size, format, and advertising platform rules.
-- Timely Delivery: Submit 20 images each week, consistently delivered on the same day every week. Work on your own schedule

Requirements
-- Experience in image or GIF creation (portfolio or examples are a bonus).
-- Familiarity with advertising best practices (experience in affiliate marketing is ideal).
-- Ability to follow detailed briefs and deliver assets that align with campaign goals.
-- Strong organizational skills to meet weekly deadlines.
-- Access to necessary tools and software for design and production.

Work Schedule
-- Flexible schedule: Work on your own time, as long as 20 images are turned in weekly on the agreed day.
Compensation and Terms
-- Initial payment of $125 for the first 80 images (approximately 4 weeks trial period).
-- Ongoing monthly compensation of $125 upon successful completion and mutual agreement to continue.

For reference the gifs you will create will need to be found and clipped from YouTube or similar and edited to: 400x250, under 12 frames, 750kb

Ideally you have your own tools that you like to use, but we can provide our process and tool set so that you have options.
