We specialize in managing marketing channels such as social media, email, influencer campaigns, and blogs for aesthetic practices including med spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, dentists and orthodontists.

Role Details
We are seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team. This remote, project-based position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your design skills and collaborate with diverse clients and industries.

Responsibilities:
- Design Conceptualization: Work with Client Experience Managers to understand clients' design needs, objectives, and target audience. Develop creative concepts that effectively communicate the clients' messages.
- Graphic Design Projects: Produce high-quality designs for social media, including graphics, Instagram carousels, highlight icons, and video elements.
- Image Editing and Retouching: Enhance images to improve their visual impact and align with project requirements.
- Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in Canva and Adobe.
- Creative Portfolio: Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to design across different styles and industries.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to understand project requirements and present design concepts.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for error-free designs and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work on various projects and accept feedback constructively.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative approach to design challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Experience as a freelance graphic designer or in a similar role.
- Experience working with Medical Spas, Wellness Centers, Plastic Surgeons, Medical Injectors, Estheticians, and Dentists. (***PLEASE BE SURE TO POINT OUT ANY WORK YOU HAVE DONE IN THE INDUSTRIES LISTED ABOVE***)

Job Location & Availability Expectations:
- Remote work.
- Responses to communications via email and Slack within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST (USA).
- Access to a computer and smartphone required.

Training Information:
- Completion of virtual training via Loom before accepting clients.

Compensation:
- Paid monthly via direct deposit through Paypal.
- Rates negotiable based on experience.

Getting Started:
- Project assignments based on experience, self-management ability, and consistent communication.
- Client experience team provides all necessary information for new projects.
