Freelance Email Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

We are a US based vitamin & supplements company looking for a Freelance Email Marketing Coordinator to support our team with email execution in Klaviyo. This contract role is focused on building, scheduling, and deploying emails to ensure seamless execution. You’ll help set up automations, perform QA, and work within Klaviyo to maintain best practices.

What You’ll Do:
• Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring proper setup, formatting, and audience targeting.
• Set up Flows/Automations in Klaviyo based on predefined strategies, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
• Execute A/B tests on subject lines, content, and design elements by setting up test variations based on established guidelines.
• Perform thorough QA to test email deliverability, check for broken links, ensure proper formatting across devices and inbox providers, and verify that automations function as intended.
• Work in Figma to update and create email templates, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Assist with Klaviyo account setup and integration to ensure all necessary data flows properly between systems, supporting seamless email marketing operations.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in Klaviyo required
• Comfortable working in Figma to edit and create email templates
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Basic understanding of email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with eCommerce or DTC brands, especially in the health and wellness space, is a plus
• Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor email formatting tweaks
