We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Franchise Sales Associate. As a Franchise Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales for our franchise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential franchisees through various lead generation activities
Respond to inquiries and provide information about our franchise opportunities
Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential franchisees
Coordinate franchise sales presentations and meetings
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with qualified prospects
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospects in the CRM system
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential franchisees
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or a related field
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of the franchise industry and understanding of franchise sales processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
