Founder's Apprentice at Landy Leads: 6-Month Growth Accelerator

Who We Are
Landy Leads provides a comprehensive operations and lead-generation system for land investors. We handle everything from data acquisition and lead qualification to CRM management and scaling systems, allowing our clients to focus exclusively on closing deals and generating profits. Our clients are seeing results up to $60,000+ in monthly profits using our systems.

This Is Not Your Average Assistant Role
I'm Brandon, Founder and CEO of Landy Leads. I don't need an assistant - I need a future leader who can keep pace with me now and run significant parts of the business later.

This is an UP OR OUT model.

For six months, you'll be attached to my hip. You'll handle some logistics, but more importantly, you'll be building deep context about how our business operates, how I think, and what drives results for our clients. After six months, strong performers get promoted into bigger roles within our organization.

What You'll Do
- Shadow me in critical meetings with clients, partners, and our team
- Solve real business problems that impact our operations and clients
- Experiment with new AI tools and technology that could transform our business
- Learn our entire operation from data acquisition to lead qualification to client success
- Keep pace in a fast-moving environment where decisions happen quickly
- Build context that matters - understand why we do what we do, not just how
- Prepare to take on a leadership role in the organization after six months

Where This Leads
After six months, high performers will:
1. Identify and train their replacement
2. Move into a leadership role within Landy Leads
3. Potentially run teams, lead key initiatives, or take over entire business units

Previous apprentices like Binsi and Germaine now run significant operations within our company after starting in this exact role.

Who You Are
- You have raw horsepower and drive - you can keep up with a founder who moves fast
- You're a quick study who can absorb information rapidly and apply it immediately
- You have a bias toward action - you get things done today, not next week
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate undefined situations
- You might be a former restaurant worker, recent grad with side hustles, or someone with an unconventional background but proven work ethic
- You're hungry to grow and see this as a stepping stone, not a destination
- You're ready to match my tempo and help build something significant

Required Skills & Experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving ability and creative thinking
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools quickly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
- Experience that demonstrates work ethic and initiative (could be in any field)
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse stakeholders

Bonus Points For
- Experience with CRMs (especially GoHighLevel)
- Familiarity with real estate or land investment
- Experience with AI tools and automation
- Project management experience
- Data analysis capabilities
- Previous entrepreneurial ventures or side hustles
