Fleet and Inventory Manager

KC Power Clean is one of the largest exterior cleaning companies in America and our growing fleet and Inventory needs to be tended by a fast working, detailed oriented, organized individual!

We have a 24/7 operation with over 15 trucks (and plans to grow quickly so there's more to come!) which requires someone to coordinate with our staff, outside auto and diesel mechanic vendors, and truck dealerships to keep the fleet in tip top shape and uphold our brand image.

What you will do:
-perform audits using our digital fleet and Inventory auditing tool (Fleetio: https://www.youtube.com/@Fleetio) to make sure tools are in place and techs are accurately inspecting their vehicles
-work with techs to coordinate the maintenance and repairs while working with our scheduling staff to keep the trucks on the road
-call and find vendors to serve our needs faster, cheaper, better
-strategize with the Ops Manager and service managers to keep service reminders low, solve issues on trucks and machines, and generally lower our cost of Auto and Maintenance Repairs on the Profit and Loss
