Financial Modeling Specialist For templates (Real Estate Focus)

Hi there! We’re, a platform that helps CPAs and finance professionals upskill through courses (accredited for NASBA CPE credits). We’re looking to create awesome financial model templates, primarily for the real estate industry, and we need someone to help us make it happen.

This is gig-based, and we’d ideally like to work out compensation for each model delivered based on complexity and quality.

What You’ll Do:
Build Real Estate Financial Models:
Create templates that real estate investors and CPAs will love!
Make sure the models are super intuitive, cover important metrics (like IRR, NOI, Cap Rate), and align with common US financial reporting standards.

Help with Training Content:
Train our instructors on how to use and explain the models for video courses. Don’t worry, you won’t be on camera—our instructors handle that part!

Think Like an Investor:
Include the stuff investors actually care about. The templates should help them analyze deals quickly and make decisions confidently.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience creating financial models, especially for real estate.
- Solid understanding of US financial reporting standards.
- Great written English (you’ll need to create documentation to explain the templates).
Bonus: Experience working on courses or templates for finance professionals.
