Financial Manager for Shopify E-Commerce stores

Are you a detail-oriented Finance Manager with experience in e-commerce? We’re looking for someone who can track, analyze, and optimize the financial performance of our Shopify stores. If you have a strong analytical mindset and can keep finances structured, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

???? Daily Financial Reports – Provide clear insights into the store’s financial performance.
???? Daily & Weekly PNL Sheets – Track profit and loss for better decision-making.
???? Organize Expenses – Collect and structure team costs, ad spend, software subscriptions, and other expenses.
???? Monitor Cash Flow – Ensure a clear and structured overview of all income and expenses.

What We’re Looking For

? Relevant Experience – Previous experience managing finances for e-commerce businesses (Shopify preferred).
? Attention to Detail – Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain financial accuracy.
? Proficiency in Financial Software – Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, QuickBooks, or similar.
? Strong Communication – Ability to present financial data in a clear and actionable way.
