Financial Assistant for Fast-Growing Ecom Brand

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team and help us stay on top of our numbers. Your main role will be to track and analyze all financial aspects of our eCommerce business, including:

Profit and loss reporting

Monitoring chargeback rates and disputes

Tracking ad spend vs. revenue across platforms

Monitoring Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and bank transactions

Preparing clear, easy-to-digest daily/weekly reports

Flagging unusual trends or inefficiencies

Staying in close communication with the founders

You’ll be our go-to for all things numbers, helping us make smart, fast decisions with real data.
