Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst & Operations Tracker to join our team full-time. This individual will play a critical role in tracking and analyzing all aspects of our company’s financial and operational performance, ensuring data accuracy, preparing detailed reports, and providing actionable insights to improve our business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, numbers-focused, and skilled at identifying and optimizing advertising costs and other metrics driving profitability higher.

This is a unique opportunity to directly impact the success of our business by managing and interpreting key financial and operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Service Jobs Tracking:
*Monitor and update all service jobs in our FMS (Field Management Software).
*Extract and analyze key metrics like gross profit, cost of goods sold (COGS), customer acquisition costs, profit per client, and other relevant reports.

Financial Oversight:
*Manage accounts payable and assist in general financial planning.
*Prepare weekly reports summarizing performance metrics, financials, and key insights.
*Create projections for budgets, including advertising spend and other operational expenses.

Operational Analysis:
*Track trends in company performance and identify areas for improvement.
*Analyze the impact of marketing and advertising efforts on profitability.

Problem-Solving:
*Discuss arising challenges with the business owner during bi-weekly meetings and suggest data-driven approaches to address them.

Data Reporting & Presentation:
*Compile and present accurate financial and operational data in clear, easy-to-understand formats.
Qualifications

Experience:
*! Proven experience in financial analysis, bookkeeping, and managerial finance.
Familiarity with Field Management Software (FMS) or generally being tech/software savvy is necessary.

Skills:
* Exceptional proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (charts, pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
*Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
*Ability to track, analyze, and present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

Mindset:
Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solver with a "numbers-first" mentality.

Pay:
$450-$1000 per month.
Long-term, stable position
