Finance and Sales Specialist

We are seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to play a key role in fostering relationships with investors, financial advisors, and wealth managers, driving our mission of investment excellence forward.

Key Responsibilities:
-Investor Outreach: Identify, engage, and onboard financial advisors and wealth managers.
-Placement Agent Duties: Facilitate the placement of investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with investors’ goals and objectives.
-Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement targeted strategies to raise capital for the fund.
-Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
-Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends and refine outreach strategies.
-Investor Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and financial reports.
-Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align investor engagement efforts with fund objectives and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
-Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in investment sales, placement agent roles, or financial services. Contract-based experience is an advantage.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. -Advanced certifications such as CFA or CAIA are a plus.
-Proven track record in capital raising and investor relations.
-Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-Proficiency in financial analysis and presentations.
-Working proficiency in English and Khmer.
