Finance URGENT - Controller / Finance Manager – Drive Growth & Profitability

What You’ll Do
Lead financial strategy to support rapid growth and profitability.
Manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasting to keep us on track.
Analyze key eCommerce metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and uncover profit opportunities.
Oversee financial operations across Shopify, Amazon, and other sales channels.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to scale the business.
What You Bring
5+ years in finance management, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or startups.
Strong understanding of cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Experience with financial tools (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and Excel modeling.
Sharp analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Ability to optimize spending and increase efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
