Role:
You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager providing support and playing an important role in executing operational tasks, supply chain management, reporting, finance and invoicing, accounting, implementing operational best practices, and leading initiatives to enhance customer experience. You’ll be involved in multi-disciplinary project work with scope stretching across operations, supply chain and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations: Executing daily, weekly and monthly tasks to ensure smooth management of the business.
• Accounts: Book-keeping, reconciliation, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Client Experience: Managing customer relationships, dealing with issues and executing customer success initiatives.
• Reporting: Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting through data entry and creation of management reports.

• Projects: Multi-disciplinary project work stretching across the entire scope of the business.
Skills:
• Degree in the field of Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or similar would be preferable.
• Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel in particular.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively, function independently, and contribute to a team.
• Excellent attention to detail, project management, teamwork and organisation skills.
• Hard-working and driven. Thrives in a fast-paced and ambitious environment with high expectations

Additional:
We are looking to hire someone full-time on 37.5 hours a week (8 hours a day with a 30 minute break). Salary for the full-time role is from $867 to $1,560 per month based on the candidates experience and skillset. Based on 37.5 hours a week, this translates to an hourly rate of $5/hour to $10/hour. You will also receive a end of year performance bonus and be paid for 8 UK bank holidays even though you will not be required to work on those days. We are based in London, United Kingdom so looking for someone who can overlap with the team who work between 9am and 5pm UK time, which is 5pm to 1am Philippines time.
