Finance Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role will play a critical part in our growth and expansion plans.
Responsibilities:
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with external auditors.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
Manage financial risk and ensure the financial health of the company.
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Ensure effective budget management and monitor for any deviations.
Maintain regulatory compliance and implement internal controls to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement.
Analyze financial risks associated with new projects, investments, and strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.
Proven experience in managing financial operations remotely.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Compensation:
Monthly salary: PHP 90,000 to PHP 120,000 (approximately $1,667 to $2,222 USD).
Performance bonuses based on company financial health and individual performance.
