Finance & Accounting Specialist

We are a growing business specializing in selling digital products. With a focus on automation and scalability, we are looking for a skilled Finance & Accounting Specialist to help us optimize our financial operations and provide strategic insights to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues, profits, and expenses.
- KPI Analysis: Track and analyze financial KPIs such as ROI, profit margins, and cash flow.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts across payment platforms like PayPal, Wise, and Shopify.
- Expense Monitoring: Categorize and track all business expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Financial Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts and scenarios to support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in e-commerce or a digital business.
- Proficiency in tools like QuickBooks, Excel, or similar financial software.
