Fashion Designer

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Designer with a strong creative vision and technical expertise to lead the development of a full clothing range. This role demands an individual who can take concepts from ideation to production, creating designs that align with our brand ethos and market trends. The ideal candidate will excel in blending innovation with functionality, crafting collections that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development:

Create detailed mood boards to establish the creative direction for each collection.
Research global fashion trends, color palettes, fabrics, and market demands to inform designs.
Design Execution:

Develop full collection designs, ensuring cohesion and alignment with brand identity.
Produce high-quality technical drawings and sketches that clearly communicate design intent.
Experiment with materials, patterns, and techniques to innovate and differentiate designs.
Technical Documentation:

Prepare precise and comprehensive tech packs, including fabric choices, measurements, stitching details, and production notes, to guide manufacturers.
Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the feasibility of designs and resolve production issues.
Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align design collections with brand campaigns and market positioning.
Collaborate with the production team to oversee sampling, fitting sessions, and adjustments.
Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality.
Ensure all designs adhere to budget constraints and production schedules.
