About the Role:

Nova Society Finance, a growing YouTube channel, is seeking a talented and reliable Video Editor to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position perfect for someone looking to earn extra income with flexible hours. You’ll create 1-2 videos per week, each 8-14 minutes long, with clear instructions and support provided every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

Edit 1-2 videos per week using CapCut Pro (provided by us).
Incorporate stock footage, graphics, backgrounds, and intros/outros from Envato Elements (unlimited access provided) and our Google Drive folder.

Follow simple, step-by-step scripts with voiceover audio to create engaging, high-quality videos. Upload completed videos to our CapCut Pro space for review and feedback. Collaborate with our two current editors for guidance and support as needed.

What We Offer:

Pay: $15 per video + performance bonuses. Paid weekly every Tuesday (no long waits!). Tools: Access to CapCut Pro, Envato Elements, and a dedicated Google Drive folder with assets.

Flexibility: Work Sunday through Sunday on your own schedule—just meet the Sunday deadline for each project. Support: Clear instructions, a great team, and an Asana task system to keep you organized. Team: Join a small, collaborative crew of editors who are happy to help.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with CapCut and video editing (finance channel experience is a plus, but not required).
Ability to deliver high-quality videos and follow detailed instructions.

Fluent in English (spoken and written) to understand scripts and content. Reliable, communicative, and able to meet weekly deadlines. A proactive attitude and commitment to producing great work.

How to Apply:

Once hired, you’ll be expected to stick to deadlines and deliver quality work. If revisions or re-edits are needed, we’ll work with you to get it right.

Note: We’re looking for dedicated editors who can manage this part-time workload. If you’re unable to meet deadlines or maintain quality, we’ll provide 30 days’ notice before parting ways.
