About Us
eGlobal Management is a fast-growing e-commerce marketing agency and brand incubator seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Expert to join our team. Our clients and in-house brands span across multiple industries, including health, beauty, lifestyle, and more.

We are not looking for someone to simply “run ads.” We are seeking a strategic thinker and data-driven executive who can help us scale ad performance, optimize budgets, and drive profitable growth. The right person will have the opportunity to evolve into a Chief Marketing Officer role across multiple brands and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, launch, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Facebook/Meta and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Set up and manage pixels, event tracking, and conversion goals
- Conduct audience research, build custom/lookalike audiences, and optimize targeting
- Write or collaborate on effective ad copy and creative briefs for designers
- A/B test creatives, copy, landing pages, and offers
- Monitor performance and ROAS daily — scale winners and cut underperformers
- Prepare weekly ad performance reports and insights for team/client review
- Stay on top of platform changes, trends, and algorithm updates
- Collaborate with our team to build full-funnel marketing strategies
- Occasionally assist with onboarding new ad clients (audits, etc.)

Qualifications
- Proven success managing Facebook/Meta and Google Ads campaigns (eCommerce experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, Google Tag Manager, and analytics
- Experience scaling ad budgets while maintaining or improving ROAS
- Deep knowledge of audience building and sales funnel strategies
- Skilled in interpreting data and translating it into actionable strategy
- Highly proactive and results-driven
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable taking initiative and owning ad account's performance

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Preferred)
- Experience with ClickUp (project management tool), Shopify, or WordPress
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads or YouTube Ads
- Experience managing ad creatives or working with creative teams
- Understanding of CRO and landing page optimization
- Agency experience or multi-brand account management
