We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute
- Ad Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce costs, and improve performance.
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to determine the most effective approaches.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and suggest areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Oversee ad spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while meeting performance goals.
- Audience Segmentation: Create detailed and accurate audience segments for targeting, ensuring we reach the right people with the right message.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to align on messaging, creative direction, and campaign objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a
- Proven experience in generating at least $250,
- In-depth knowledge of
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to share screenshots of past campaigns and demonstrate successful results.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools is a plus.
