I’m looking for a skilled Facebook & Instagram Ads specialist to create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and boost conversions. The goal is to maximize ROI and ensure my brand reaches the right audience across both platforms.

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
Conduct audience research and precise targeting
Create compelling ad copy and engaging visuals (or provide guidance)
Optimize campaigns for performance, engagement, and cost-efficiency
A/B test different ad creatives, audiences, and strategies
Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
Track and analyze performance data to refine campaigns
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements:

Proven experience running successful Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of audience targeting and ad optimization
Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of retargeting, conversion tracking, and pixel setup
Bonus: Experience with landing page optimization and lead generation
