Facebook Advertisement Expert

For our Dutch dropshipping business, we are aiming to hit 8 figures this year. Therefore, we are looking for a **video and photo expert in Facebook advertisements** with experience in dropshipping to join a new team within our organization. This is a long-term position.

You must understand the entire process and have strong communication skills. Therefore, we request that you include the word **"strawberry"** before introducing yourself in your application. Read on to find out what tasks we expect you to perform and the experience required for this role.

Please answer the following questions if you are interested:
- Do you have experience with the Facebook Library, Minea, WinningHunter, and similar spy tools?
- Do you have experience editing highly aggressive video advertisements?
- Do you have experience launching Facebook campaigns?
- Are you familiar with Facebook's guidelines, and can you work around them effectively?
- Do you have experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs?
- Have you ever used Discord for communication?
- Are you available for 8–10 hours a day, 6 days a week?

### As a Facebook Advertisement Expert, you must have:
- Experience with video and photo editing (Required!)
- Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising policy (Required!)
- Experience launching campaigns on Facebook (Required!)
- Strong copywriting skills (Required!)
- Excellent communication skills (Required!)
- Experience with workflows such as Monday.com (Preferred)
- Experience with communication platforms like Discord (Preferred)

### Your tasks:
- Ensuring that we can test as many aggressive advertisements on Facebook as possible without them being blocked.
- Editing videos so that customers immediately understand them while ensuring Facebook does not remove the ads.
- Publishing advertisements and reflecting on why they are or are not blocked by Facebook.
- Communicating with team members involved in the same process.
- Monitoring the process and ensuring no delays occur.
- Keeping the worksheet updated with all campaigns and following the given instructions.
