???? What You’ll Be Doing:
- Launch & Scale Campaigns – Create, test, and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns across various client niches.
- Analyze & Improve Performance – Use real data to cut costs and increase leads. No guesswork.
- Collaborate with Creatives – Work hand-in-hand with our designers, video editors, and content strategists to bring ideas to life.
- Manage Budgets with Precision – Know when to scale, when to pause, and when to re-launch.
- Client-Facing Communication – Deliver reports, share wins, and offer smart recommendations.
- Stay Ahead – You’ll use tools like Madgicx, GoHighLevel, and our own data dashboards. We’ll train you if needed.
- Join Strategic Calls – You’ll work with a project manager and director on strategy, not just execution.

? What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in Facebook/IG ads.
- $200,000+ total ad spend managed.
- Strong command of Ads Manager, pixel setup, and creative testing.
- Data-driven mindset. You know CPL, ROAS, CTR like second nature.
- Open to feedback, clear communicator, and able to follow SOPs while bringing your own ideas.
- Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, or Madgicx a plus (or willing to learn fast).
- A proactive attitude—someone who wants to own results, not just follow tasks.
