Responsibilities include:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and offer input on funnel strategies
- Set clear goals and KPIs for each campaign
Campaign Setup & Management
- Build, launch, and manage full-funnel ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
- Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance data
- Perform A/B testing across audiences, creatives, placements, and ad copy
Ad Creative Development
- Create high-converting ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) for use in campaigns
- Ensure creatives align with the brand and resonate with the target audience
- Collaborate with our team for creative direction and campaign angles
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze campaign results and track key performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
- Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify areas for improvement and propose data-backed adjustments
Account & Client Management
- Manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Set up and manage tracking tools (Pixel, Events Manager, Custom Conversions)
- Communicate with tea
Previous experience is required.
