Facebook Ad Conversion Tracking & Automation Specialist

We’re searching for a talented Facebook Ad Conversion Tracking & Automation Specialist with 1+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll work alongside a marketing and advertising expert, gaining invaluable skills that can take your career to the next level.

We are looking for part-time that may eventually lead to full-time employment, however if you're a great fit we will consider full-time immediately.

Your primary responsibilities will involve working with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and some Facebook CAPI Business Manager/event setup.

No experience with other platforms is strictly required— When applying, include the phrase yellow bananas are great in your message. Just a passion for optimizing digital marketing processes and working with tracking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain GTM and GA4 setups for client websites and Funnels.
• Assist with Facebook Conversions events configuration and support.
• Setting up automations with make.com
• Speaking to clients to assist with Facebook business portfolio set up and requirements and integrating their website to work with Facebook conversion tracking.

Must-Have Skills
1. Experienced in GTM and GA4
2. Knowledge or experience with Facebook Business Manager and events
3. Fluent in spoken and written English
4. Professional email communication and task management
5. Strong attention to detail and time management
6. Available to work early mornings or late evenings to fit clients' schedules in USA and CAD.

Highly Desired (But Not Essential) Skills
1. Familiarity with Facebook CAPI (Conversion API)
2. Basic understanding of JavaScript
3. Experience working with Make.com
4. Shopify and WordPress proficiency
5. General experience with website builders
6. GHL (GoHighLevel) experience
7. Experienced with Chat GPT or similar AI tools
