Key Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and optimize
• Develop audience targeting strategies using custom and lookalike audiences
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign objectives
• Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and messaging
• Stay updated on
• Report on campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and provide recommendations for improvement
• Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to overall digital marketing strategy

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing
• Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and retargeting
• Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Familiarity with e-commerce funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with other platforms like Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus
• Strong communication and project management skills
