FULL TIME Virtual Assistant for Ecommerce Brand

We are a fast-growing ecommerce brand in the beauty market, looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team long-term. We need someone experienced with Shopify and capable of managing various aspects of our daily ecommerce operations. This role will involve handling everything from customer inquiries to managing logistics and creating visual content for social media.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Handle all aspects of Shopify management, including updating customer information, issuing refunds, modifying orders, and managing customer data.
2) Respond to emails, messages, and Facebook page comments, providing information about our brand, shipping details, and customer inquiries.
3) Manage logistics, keep track of shipments, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve any shipping-related issues.
4) Use Canva or Photoshop to create social media posts and content for our website.
5) Proficiently use Excel or Google Sheets to manage and analyze data, create spreadsheets, and develop reports, including P&L and other business metrics.

Requirements:
1) Extensive experience with Shopify, including knowledge of modifying orders, issuing refunds, and managing customer data.
2) Ability to handle customer service inquiries through email, social media, and other communication channels.
3) Experience managing logistics and working with suppliers to resolve shipping issues.
4) Strong proficiency in Canva or Photoshop to create engaging and high-quality content for social media and the website.
5) Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and analyze business data.
