FINANCE DIRECTOR

Finance Director – EJERSA (Remote – Full Time)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Dubai Time)
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial strategies, planning, and analysis for Ejersa Logistics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and optimize financial performance.
• Manage risk, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to drive profitability.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or other professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, preferably in logistics/transportation.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes in transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, consolidated cargo, and DDP services.
• Expertise in multi-currency accounting and financial management across multiple regions (Middle East, East Africa, Pacific Asia).
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven experience in restructuring accounting departments and leading organizational change.
