FINANCE DIRECTOR

Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Strong Excel/spreadsheet proficiency
- Experience with P&L management
- Understanding of project-based budgeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work remotely

What You'll Do:
- Maintain 40% margins per project
- Create and review monthly P&L updates
- Generate weekly project profitability reports
- Conduct monthly visionary check-ins for P&L updates
- Manage 10% budgeting for growth initiatives
- Develop quarterly financial forecasts
- Track and report monthly burn rate
- Create special project reports as requested

Must Have:
- Experience with financial modeling
- Strong organizational skills
- Data-driven approach to financial planning
- History of maintaining profit margins
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Excellent English and professional communication skills
