FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN-PCB ASSEMBELR

Job Qualification:

Vocational courses or any related course/equivalent
Know's how to use Soldering Iron or any basic Soldering techniques
Repairing equipment and replacing of faulty parts
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation system
Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization, with initiative
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings.
Build positive relationship with customer and co-worker
Ability to troubleshoot, test repair and service technical equipment / machines
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapts to changing work schedules – can relocate anywhere
Familiarity with all tools and application
