Extremely Experienced Backend Manager

We are looking for an elite Backend Manager to take full control of our dropshipping operations. We run multiple fashion stores, shipping from China, and we need someone with extreme expertise in Shopify dropshipping backend management. This is not a role for beginners or those looking to "learn on the job." If you do not have years of experience in handling backend operations at a high level, do not apply.

This role requires deep knowledge and hands-on experience in managing order issues, customer service, and dispute resolution. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth backend operations, solving complex problems, and keeping the entire system running flawlessly. You will hire, train, and lead a team to handle the day-to-day, but ultimately, you are the one responsible for making sure operations are efficient and optimized.

We are only looking for someone with proven success in handling chargebacks, supplier disputes, and large-scale order fulfillment. You must have experience working with suppliers in China, understanding the logistics, and navigating the challenges of international shipping and customer expectations. Fluency in English is non-negotiable, as you will be leading communications and ensuring clarity across all backend operations.
