JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiting and Communications Coordinator. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient placement of nannies with our clients, providing exceptional service throughout the process.

About us: We're a nanny agency that specializes in connecting families with professional nannies for both long-term and short-term nanny jobs. The owner, Sara started the business 6 years ago after seeing a great need for high quality temporary nannies. Sara has over 14 years of nanny experience and strives to provide a top-tier experience for clients and nannies.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Screening:
• Review applications and resumes submitted by prospective nannies.
• Schedule and conduct pre-screening calls with candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for placement.

Communication:
• Communicate effectively with potential nannies, providing them with necessary information and instructions.
• Schedule candidate interviews with the agency owner for further evaluation and suitability assessment.
• Track the status of each nanny candidate throughout the recruitment process and send them updates.
• Promote local nanny events.

Administrative Support:
• Submit background check requests, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and processed promptly.
• Add newly hired employees to payroll
• Ensure candidates have uploaded all necessary documents and have reviewed the employment onboarding file.
• Copy information from nanny interviews and reference checks to create a nanny profile that will be sent to the clients.

Social Media:
• Conduct thorough vetting of nannies' social media profiles to ensure alignment with client expectations and agency standards.
• Reseaech ideas and post in the companies private >Facebook community. Engage with the community.

Other Tasks:
• There will be other tasks that come up that the CEO will need assistance with.

Schedule:
Open to 20-40 hours a week
