We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Virtual Assistant with expertise in data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling databases, spreadsheets, and data analysis software to organize and present information efficiently. In addition, the role involves customer support responsibilities, ensuring timely responses and excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
-Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
-Process and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
-Create reports and visual presentations to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner.
-Utilize spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tools to streamline data management.
-Assist with data entry, validation, and quality assurance.
-Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data sets.
-Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to improve data processes and customer service strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Proven experience in data collection, processing, and analysis.
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Queries, Macros), Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
-Experience with databases and data management systems.
-Ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format using charts, graphs, and reports.
-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
-High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
-Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Background in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
-Experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
-Familiarity with automation tools for data processing.

What geographic timezone will the VA be working in?
Monday - Friday 8-30am-5.30pm Lisbon Time
40 hours/week
