Location: Remote

Working Hours: Fixed 3 hours per day, Monday to Sunday
Choose between: 9am to 6pm Singapore Time.

About the Role:
We are seeking Experienced Customer Support (3 hours a day) to help our customers see results through our educational program.
You will work with a team of high performers. They are friendly, and nice people, the best part, is they are all working remotely in the Philippines!

Details of your work:
1. Manage the customer base for 4 digital products by helping our customers to see results
2. Improve our customer experience
3. Accurately address their concerns and make product recommendations
4. Drive customer engagement on a daily basis

Requirements:
1. Daily 15 mins zoom call with Head of Operations
2. Daily work submission
3. Fixed hours
4. Daily reporting on Monday.com CRM
