JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a talented and experienced Amazon Brand and PPC Manager for my private label USA-based Amazon accounts. We are rapidly growing and want someone to help further scale our growth. If you think that you have what it takes to be successful in this role, we welcome you to apply!


Job Description: Work closely with the owner of multiple private label brands and a small team. We are a fast-growing e-commerce company that sells in a few different niches. We sell both small 1 lb items and large/bulky items weighing 800 lbs. We want someone who will be with us long-term.

*This job has the possibility for profit-sharing in addition to the competitive hourly rate. I want whoever we hire to directly benefit from helping grow the business.


Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple brands and listings within 2-3 Amazon seller accounts
- Amazon PPC Management
- Amazon Brand Management
- Create, optimize, and scale Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, and SD)
- Use Helium 10 and other tools to make informed decisions
- Manage bids, optimize ACoS, and track ROI
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Create compelling ad creatives (image/video ads)
- Create KPI reports
- Use flat files to create and edit listings
- Optimize and perfect listing SEO
- Monitoring competitors to identify relevant developments.
- Managing and overseeing product launches.
- Collaborate with designer to create new listing images and A+ content
- Uploading and updating images.
- Daily checks to ensure all listings and videos are online and displayed correctly.
- Creating and analyzing ranking reports and proactively suggesting optimization for listings and performance.
- Implement deal strategies and upload coupons to boost sales.


Expectations:
- Proactive problem solver
- Highly organized and detail-oriented – Small mistakes in PPC can be costly, so precision is key.
- Deep understanding of the Amazon FBA business model and key KPIs (CVR, traffic, sales, etc.) to optimize them further.
- Strong English communication skills – Ability to clearly explain campaign strategies and results.
- Advanced Google Sheets & MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas: VLOOKUP, PVOT, SUMIFS, and more)
- Active communication in our Slack channel
- Proficiency in Helium10, Search Term Reports, and Excel – Data-driven mindset with a knack for optimizing campaigns.
- Someone who is proactively searching for ways to improve our listings and sales
- Permanent WFH setup
- Work at least 4 of your hours in the standard PST workday (9 am - 5 pm) per weekday
- Able to work 30-40 hours per week as needed
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Good quality camera and microphone
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
