About the Role
As a member of our exceptional development team, you will play an integral role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic and frontend of our web applications.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in and has demonstrable experience with AI agents like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks. If you aren't typically in the top 10% of developers at your workplace, please do not apply. Our team operates at a high level, and you will thrive here only if you are an exceptional developer.

Significant experience with generative AI code tools such as Cursor, Cline, or Aider is also a must. Be prepared to build something during the interview to demonstrate your expertise.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain effective and efficient backend or frontend code.
Build high-quality, scalable, and secure backend systems using Node.js.
Build component-based frontend pages using React.js.
Leverage AI agents such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar to enhance automation and intelligent systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend services with front-end applications.
Engage in code reviews, team meetings, and project planning activities.

Work night shift hours to provide significant overlap with our North American team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of software development experience.
At least 9-12 months of hands-on experience with Langchain, crew.ai, or similar
Proficiency in MongoDB and a solid understanding of NoSQL databases.
Significant and demonstrable experience with generative AI code tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Aider.
Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong, clear English communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for coding—if coding feels like "just a job," this role and culture may not be the right fit.
We have a strong preference for people who code for fun on the weekend.
