JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant for an eCommerce deodorant brand. You will work directly with the brand owners as an assistant, and will handle all Customer Service responsibilities.

As one of the largest deodorant brands in the direct to consumer space, we are growing rapidly and this position will provide opportunity for growth and promotions.

The compensation for this position will range from $5 - $6 per hour depending on candidate experience. The first 90 days will be a probationary period at a pay rate of $4.00/hr. The position is eligible for annual pay increases.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Outstanding problem solving abilities, and a high attention to detail. You should be proactive and never present a problem without a solution.
- A high level of empathy and patience.
- You must take pride in doing great work and be open to learning new skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Fluency in Spanish (not mandatory, but highly preferred)
- Customer Service experience (mandatory)
- Experience in Shopify (mandatory)
- Experience in the Amazon Seller Central (mandatory)
- Experience in the TikTok Seller Center (not mandatory, but highly preferred)
- Experience with ChatGPT (mandatory)
- Experience with Loom (not mandatory, but highly preferred)
- 40 hours/week availability from 9am - 5pm EST (mandatory)
- A computer and stable internet connection (mandatory)
