Experienced Virtual Assistant- CRM Entry/Research + Social Media Marketing

Seeking Diverse VA for busy Independent Insurance Broker- CRM Entry, Running Medicare Quotes, AND Social Media Marketing

Hi, I'm a busy independent broker in USA with over 450 Five-Star Google Reviews. I help people with Medicare/Health Insurance and Life Insurance.

The work is currently part-time. Around 15-20 hrs per week. It could grow to more.

- Bi Weekly Payout
-13th Month Pay included

The schedule is flexible I do not need you to work during my hours necessarily. I use WhatsApp to provide the tasks/quotes needed.

I use personal loom videos to teach you and a weekly zoom call to check in.

You should have excellent written and oral English skills. (though no phone call works is required at this time)

I need an Experienced/Reliable person with 2 skills sets.

Skillset 1- Online Research/Running Quotes/CRM Entry. This requires accuracy and critical thinking.

List of Duties:

- Using Drug Lists To Generate Quotes for Medicare Plans
- Using Go High Level CRM for data entry of quotes to customer profiles
- Downloading/Uploading recorded calls for required archival
- Excel Sheet management
- Using phone numbers to find matching addresses to update CRM profiles
- Importing/Exporting CSV Files between CRM's

Skillset 2- Social Media Marketing- this requires some design ability in Canva and short video editing (Instagram/Youtube Shorts)

- Use Canva templates to create social media posts
- Use ChatGPT/Googlefor hashtag and keyword research
- Use Meta Business Suite to schedule posts and manually make posts on other platforms
- Analyze and report on campaign performance for continuous improvement

Technical Requirements

• Laptop/PC (processor must be i5 and above, at least Windows 10)
• Internet Connection (speed must be above 20 Mbps both Download and Upload)
