Experienced Video Editor & Graphics Designer with Print on Demand Expertise (Full-Time | Metro Manila-Based)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Video Editor & Graphics Designer with expertise in Print on Demand (POD) operations to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, graphic design, and familiarity with POD platforms and processes.

Initially, the role will be probationary for 2 months. This will transition into a permanent full-time position with an increased rate, perks, and bonuses upon satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:
~ Create and edit high-quality videos for our marketing campaigns, social media, and events.
~ Design compelling graphics for branding, promotions, and digital content.
~ Develop original designs for print-on-demand merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and other products.
~ Manage and oversee all video, graphics, and POD-related initiatives for the company.
~ Collaborate closely with the team to ensure branding consistency across all platforms.
~ Experience in social media content creation across multiple channels is a plus.
~ Be physically present at events when required (Metro Manila-based applicants only).

Qualifications:
~ 5+ years of proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
~ Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools).
~ Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video, design work, and POD merchandise designs.
~ Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design.
~ Experience with print-on-demand platforms and processes, including product creation and order management.
~ Experience in social media content creation (a plus).
~ Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
~ Must be Metro Manila-based for on-site event coverage.
