Experienced UX/UI Designer for a web app

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer for a graduate school admissions company, who can create a clean, modern, and intuitive interface for our dashboards and platform.

- Must be fluent in English
- Highly experienced as a UX/UI designer, with proven experience in dashboards, analytics and data heavy web applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Illustrator

Key responsibilities:
- Proactive researching of the industry, user pain points and needs and proposing solutions that improve experience
- Design user friendly dashboard that presents relevant data, analytics, and progress tracking in an engaging way
- Ensure seamless experience across web and mobile devices
- Improve UI/UX of our web platform to optimize navigation, usability and accessibility
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity designs for new features
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Ensure consistency of UI elements and interactions across the live platform

Our platform is launching in March 2025 and we are looking to hire the right person quickly. 30+ hrs / a week in the month of February and March with potential for long term collaboration.
